The hotel was pleasant and beautifully decorated with magnificent location right by Hospital and Sutton shops, the centre and the train station. We had a wonderful stay thanks to active staff. The bar was lively.

Conveniently located near a music venue. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The experience was marred by significant maintenance issues, a malfunctioning shower left me without a proper wash, a dirty toilet in the second room, and inconsistent availability of food in the bar led to frustration. While the home-cooked cakes were a delight, these problems overshadowed the positives.
